Beni has a proven leadership and entrepreneurial track record with over 3 years of financial experience at Barclays Investment Bank. A multi-award winning entrepreneur “Beni has been featured as amongst The Top 10 Best Black Student in the UK”.  Beni is passionate about diaspora driven development in Africa as well as the role of disruptive technology in combatting poverty.

Jonathan Waboso-Barrow is an MSc student at the School of Oriental and African Studies. His ambition is to harness the investment capability of diaspora networks.

Eugenia is a finance professional with over 6 years’ experience as a chartered certified accountant. She is an expert in regulatory compliance, capital raising, and financial reporting within an emerging markets. She is a Masters in Finance graduate from Cambridge Judge Business School.

Nina brings to WEKA rich experience with both the private and public sectors. Nina previously worked as an asset manager at Deutsche Bank for two years. She also consulted on financial sector development and livelihoods development with a broad range of donors and social investors, including KfW Development Bank, GiZ, Kiva, and the United Nations.
